Nikolas MetaxasNikolas Metaxas is 21 years old. He was born in New York, but was raised in the small European island of Cyprus. His musical talent showed from an early age when he started starring in various musicals. During his 21 years, Nikolas starred in more than 8 musicals including Oliver, Wizard of Oz, Cabaret and others. He has been taking guitar, piano and voice lessons for several years now. His performing and songwriting talent has shown from an early age since he has been composing and performing his own songs since the age of 12. He has won the National Lions songwriting competition and has released a single with the winning song via the biggest record label in Cyprus.He has also won several national singing awards. Nikolas has an exceptional talent and is positive that if discovered, he can contribute to music as much as music gave to him.
Kokkina Xalia
Kokkina Xalia were one of the finalists in the X factor Greek talent show. They have already performed in sell out concerts both in Cyprus as well as in Greece, appealing to fans of all ages. All born in Greece, except for Georgios Papademetrakis who was born in Washington with Greek parents, they are excellent and talented musicians.
The band is made up of Alexandros Demopoulos 23 yrs old who is studying music technology and piano. He has worked as a pianist in various venues and composed the score for the Greek musical 'Misery'. Fotis Delinikolas is 21 and also studied music technology obtaining his Master degree in the U.K where he worked as a sound engineer and also played bass and guitar in various cd releases. Lefteris Yianopoulos is 23 years old and studied music in Athens and 6 months in Boston. He has played drums, guitar, piano and bass at various venues in Athens
George Papademetrakis age 21 was born in Washington from Greek parents. He is in his fourth year of business studies in Athens. He has already sung with Greek artists Marianna Yerasimidou, Giorgos Aloupoyianni and Dima Anastassiadi. He has played guitar and also took part in stand up comedy acts in the Athens venue, 'Stavron Tou Notou' Their new CD single 'Hartaetos' (composed by Giorgos Theofanos) has been released earlier this month and is a great success.
For one night only, X Factor Finalist Nikolas Metaxas and the Famous band Kokkina Xalia (red carpets) are performing at the 7 Seas with a show that is sure to blow everyone away. The show will be in English however they might sing us a few Greek Songs as well depending on the night.
