Kitsch Lounge Riot Present Mark Shaw from Then Jerrico
Mark Shaw is lead singer of iconic 80's Super Group Then Jerico. Then Jerico had two multi platinum Album's first the "Sound of Music" released in 1987 and then the Album Big Area (produced by Rhett Davies from Roxy Music) released in 1989, As well as enjoying huge success across America and Europe, with number 1 singles across 15 countries, and a European Arena tour in 1989, the Band also had two number 1 singles in Greece "Big Area" and "The Motive" both in 1989.
As well as playing his own hit's Mark Shaw plays reference to some of the greatest Rock and Roll hits, from Bands such as the Rolling Stones, Primal Scream, Bon Jovi, Blur and the Kaiser Chiefs.
Mark Shaw (lead singer of Then Jerico - 8 top 10 singles in the 80's and two double platinum Albums) he also knows a great deal of rock and roll repertoire that is a great fit with the venue, still very popular with our audiences in the UK.
